In other news … it has been confirmed that Super Street Fighter 4 will be released stateside on April 27, 2010. I suspect that the demand for the game will be just as high as it was for vanilla SF4, so preorder yours today!

This Friday through Sunday, “Season’s Beatings”, a very popular tournament in Ohio will be held. If you can, attend this tournament as it is promised to be the most hyped one yet! If you have not heard, Daigo Umehara, the winner of Evolution 2009’s Street Fighter 4 World Tournament will be in attendance! There will be a featured set of matches between Daigo and Justin Wong, the current American SF4 champ, who narrowly lost to Daigo in the grand finals of the Evolution tournament.

It has been reported that Justin Wong and Martin Phan had dominated the SBO Qualifier for Street Fighter 4 at Stunfest 2009 at Paris, France.

So join me on congratulating them on their victory as they’ll represent USA, well technically Europe(LOL), as they’ll face off the top teams at Tougeki Super Battle Opera 2009 this summer.
